Many people are afraid of smoking marijuana, related to cancer caused by smoking. Keep in mind, smokers will pass twenty or more cigarettes a day, every day. The drug marijuana level is not at all that high.
2. There is no medical use of marijuana
It's the opposite! Cannabis is used medically in the treatment of cancer, AIDS, arthritis, migraines, and anorexia.
Studies show that it can also be used together, or even not, current medicine for those who are depressed, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and insomnia. Research is currently being carried out to test its effect on Alzheimer's disease.
3. Legal marijuana will be illegally misused/sold
The idea of prohibiting drugs because other people will abuse them makes no sense. Medications such as sleeping pills and painkillers are abused every day but are sold freely.
These are just a few of the common myths about medical marijuana. Think of all the information you have about weeds, and then decide whether your source is truly reliable.
